What are your membership options and commitments?
We offer flexible memberships with options for group classes, semi-private training, or a combination of both. No long-term contracts required—just results-focused coaching that fits your lifestyle. We’ll help you choose the best plan based on your goals.
Do you have small-group or semi-private training?
Yes! In fact, it’s one of our most popular options. Our semi-private sessions offer personalized coaching in a small group setting (2–5 people), so you get the attention of personal training with the energy of a group.
What’s your cancellation or reschedule policy?
Life happens—we get it. Sessions and classes can be canceled or rescheduled with 12 hours' notice. This helps us keep things running smoothly while still giving you flexibility. For personal training, we’ll work with you to find the best alternative time if something comes up.
