Yes! All members receive ongoing nutrition support through education, meal templates, planning tools, and customized guidance as part of their training. For those who want deeper accountability and personalized help, we offer 1-on-1 nutrition coaching as a membership add-on—available at a significantly reduced rate exclusively for our members.
I’m a beginner—where should I start?
Right here. We specialize in meeting you where you're at, not where you “should” be. During our initial coaching call (schedule a call HERE) we will help you decided if our group classes or our semi-private training may be the best fit for your goals and your current fitness level. Regardless of which route you choose our beginner-friendly approach includes a movement assessment, personalized coaching, and classes scaled to your level. You’ll build strength, confidence, and momentum from day one.
What’s your cancellation or reschedule policy?
Life happens—we get it. Sessions and classes can be canceled or rescheduled with 12 hours' notice. This helps us keep things running smoothly while still giving you flexibility. For personal training, we’ll work with you to find the best alternative time if something comes up.
