    Booking is simple. You can schedule semi-private sessions directly through our app or by contacting us to help walk you through the process. Group classes can also be booked through our app—just pick your time and you’re good to go!

    Yes! In fact, it’s one of our most popular options. Our semi-private sessions offer personalized coaching in a small group setting (2–5 people), so you get the attention of personal training with the energy of a group.
