How can we help you?  What are your goals?


Step 2 – A coach will contact your within 24 hours to answer any questions and talk about your goals.

Once we receive your questionnaire a coach will contact you to talk about your goals and schedule your strategy session and assessment.


Step 3 – Schedule a strategy sessions and personal assessment.

All new members will need to schedule a strategy session and assessment before starting at the gym.  This is our way of getting to know you and your goals but also to take you through a full assessment to ensure we are able to help you.
